1. Introduction
Welcome to Short Acts!
We fully respect and protect the personal privacy of our users. While providing you with high-quality services, we will collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with this privacy agreement.
In order to better provide you with products and services, please carefully read and fully understand the privacy agreement before starting to use this product, especially the clauses related to exemption or limitation of liability, rights, licenses, and information use terms, as well as the clauses agreeing to open up and use special personal services, applicable laws, and dispute resolution clauses. Important content such as disclaimer or limitation of liability clauses will be highlighted in bold, please read them carefully. The privacy agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding this product and your use of this product. Do not use this product unless you have read and accepted all the terms of the privacy agreement. If you do not agree to the privacy agreement, we will not be able to provide you with normal services. Once you use this product, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to accept this privacy agreement and other related agreements and privacy agreement rules (including but not limited to the Short Acts Privacy Agreement).
In order to provide you with free and high-quality service, we will display advertisements during your use of this product. At the same time, you can choose to display personalized or ad based or non personalized ads. If you choose not to display personalized ads, you will still see the content of the ads, but it may not be relevant to your interests.
2. Third party products and services
2.1 During the use of this product, you may come into contact with third-party products or services through the following means:
1) Embedded links: Some functions in the product need to be provided to users through embedded third-party service links, including search suggestion function, webpage translation function, etc.
2) Jump links: Some features in the product need to provide services to users through jump links, including search and webpage access functions.
3) Embedding third-party services: Some features in the product need to be provided to users through embedding third-party services. These third-party services include statistical group information services and anti cheating services, as well as personalized advertising recommendation services. Services for linking accounts, etc
4) Using system interfaces: Some functions in the product require the use of system interfaces to provide services to users.
2.2 You acknowledge and understand that third parties operating these services may require you to provide personal data. When you intend to use the aforementioned one-way service for you, we will provide you with these agreements and rules in a significant way
3. Software License and Use
3.1 Scope of License for This Product
This product grants you a global, non transferable, revocable, non exclusive, non-commercial license (hereinafter referred to as the "License"). The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use this product in the manner permitted by this agreement. You agree to use this product only for personal and non-commercial purposes permitted by the Privacy Agreement and any applicable laws, regulations, or recognized practices and guidelines in relevant jurisdictions.
All other rights not authorized by the privacy agreement are still reserved by us, and you should obtain our written permission separately before exercising these rights. Failure to exercise any of the aforementioned rights does not constitute a waiver of that right.
3.2 Acquisition, installation, update, and uninstallation of this product
You can obtain this product through pre installation, authorized third-party downloads, and other methods. If you obtain this product or an installation program with the same name as this product from an unauthorized third party, we cannot guarantee that the product will function properly, and any losses you may suffer as a result are not our responsibility.
We have developed different application software versions for different terminal devices. You need to obtain, download, and install the appropriate version based on the actual device situation.
In order to improve user experience and service, we will periodically provide updated versions of this product (including but not limited to software upgrades, replacements, new feature development, etc.), and you can update the corresponding version as needed. After partial or complete updates of this product, we will notify you in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, internal messages, etc.), and you have the right to choose to accept the updated version; If you choose not to update, some features of this product may be restricted or unable to function properly.
If you no longer use this product, you can uninstall the application software of this product by yourself. Considering that we cannot unilaterally understand your uninstallation behavior, your personal data may continue to be stored on our servers after you uninstall the software. If you wish us to no longer retain your personal data after uninstalling this product, we recommend that you request us to delete your personal data before uninstalling this product. We will respond to your request in accordance with the procedures disclosed in the Short Acts Privacy Agreement.
4. User Notice
You are responsible for your use of this product. When using this product within the scope of this agreement, you are not allowed to engage in the following activities:
1) Copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, disassemble, attempt to export source code, decode, analyze or copy the source code and ideas of this product;
2) Using any unauthorized or licensed plugins, plugins, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of this product;
3) Using or engaging in any behavior that endangers computer network security with respect to this product, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information; Attempting to detect, scan, test vulnerabilities in product systems or networks or engage in other activities that undermine network security without permission; Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of product systems or networks, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services; Falsifying TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
4) The use of this product infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, etc;
5) Engaging in other behaviors that violate policies, regulations, public order and good customs, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, companies, social organizations, and organizations.
5. User privacy protection
We respect and are committed to protecting your personal privacy. You can read the 'Short Acts Privacy Policy' to understand how we handle your personal data and how we provide you with access to and control over your personal data.
6. Declaration of Rights
6.1 We have corresponding legal rights to the information protected by intellectual property or other laws and regulations contained in this product, including but not limited to ownership, intellectual property (regardless of whether such rights are registered/registered or exist anywhere in the world), and other related interests. Without our written permission, no one is allowed to use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading), reproduce or use for any other purpose without our written permission.
6.2 We provide technical support for product development and operation, and have all rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of this product within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
6.3 When using this product, you shall not cause any damage to the proprietary rights of the digital cloud and/or its licensors in any way, such as causing confusion to the owners or authorized users of any trademarks, names, and logos of any person.
7. Other conditions
The Short Acts Privacy Agreement is an integral part of this agreement and we reserve the right to modify this agreement and/or related terms as necessary. When you change the terms of this agreement, we will notify you of the changes or additions through email, mail, or in this product, and urge you to agree or reject the revised terms of this agreement.
7.1 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use this service, it shall be deemed that you accept the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the changes or supplements, you have the right to terminate this agreement and stop using this product.
7.2 Regardless of the reason, some provisions of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable, while the remaining provisions remain valid and legally binding on you and Shuyun.
7.3 This agreement may have multiple language versions, including Chinese and English. In case of any conflict between language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
7.4 Infringe any copyright, database rights or trademarks of any other person; Advocate, promote, or assist any illegal behavior, such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
7.5 You shall not provide the application to any third party. In addition, you are not allowed to modify, translate into other languages, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise create derivative works from the application or any documents related to the application.
7.6 You shall not transfer, lend, rent, lease, distribute the application, or use it to provide services to third parties, or grant any rights to the application or any files related to the application to third parties.
7.7 Prohibit the misuse of any trademark or any other content displayed on the application.
7.8 You shall not directly or indirectly copy and/or distribute and/or publish and/or use any content in the application in a manner that violates our intellectual property rights.
7.9 It has been clarified that for users who violate this agreement, we may take any legal measures at our disposal in accordance with applicable laws.
